在隧道内的7台本地控制器笔者选用omron的cs1系列（见图2）plc，它具有高速信息交换能力和良好控制功能，cs1系列plc作为隧道内的区域控制器。在每台plc上安装有rs-485/rs422或rs-232通讯端口，以便与多参数智能变送器、限速控制器、可变情报板显示控制器等仪表控制设备相连，串行通信的数据协议是随着制造商和设备而变的。协议的差别，使得不同厂商生产的设备间的通信非常困难，即使它们的电气标准相同，omron通过易于建立的用于匹配所连接的设备的协议的协议宏功能解决了这个问题，协议宏使得开发方不需要编写专门的通信程序与第三方设备进行通信，原则上omron plc能和任何带rs-232c，rs-422或rs-485接口的设备进行通信。在本控制系统中用于控制照明、通风、电力、交通等设备的各个区域控制器均采用独立的控制程序。控制室两台*计算机则通过ethernet与上级控制中心联系。1769-IF4	4 Channel Analog Current/Voltage Input Module

二沉池污泥泵可实现自动启停根据池内污泥的液位变化设上限开下限停，可以实现远程控制。加药装置自动配料，溶解，投加于一体，定量投药装置具有液位控制、物料检测、振动辅助下料。
