1769-IQ32K/ABPLC拆机件

各plc对照明、通风、本地控制系统信息进行采集，同时按所设定的程序以及上位机的指令进行相应的动作。采集的信息经光纤以太环网传至控制室*计算机上，实现联网。另外，在主控制器上还配有液晶触摸屏，用来对给设备操作和显示其反馈信息及检查所辖各设备的状态，同时它可以取代手持式编程器对plc进行编程；而且，在隧道监控中心的服务器上汇集了隧道各个设备实时信息，所以本地控制器不仅要能快速交换实时数据，进行数据采集，并能接受和执行上位机的指令，通过服务器可对现场任一设备（照明、通风、本地控制器）发布操作命令。在牛王山隧道变电所选用了omron的cs1d系列（见图1）plc作为本地控制器，cs1d系列plc具有双cpu模块，双电源模块，支持热插拔，较大的提高了主控制器的可靠性，使得整个系统可以实现不停机检修功能。

在泵站内安装超声波液位计并在中控室显示水位，当水位**过2米时，水泵开始工作，当水位小于0.7米时，水泵停机并发报警信号到中控室。当污泥池水位**过设定的较高水位时，水泵停止工作。
